Bahwa berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pajak Nomor : KEP-13/WPJ.19/2011 tertanggal 20 Januari 2011 tentang Penetapan Wajib Pajak Patuh, yang menetapkan PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia sebagai Wajib Pajak Patuh berlaku mulai Januari 2011 sampai dengan Desember 2012.
