PT KBI Initiates Strategic Collaboration with Holding BUMN Danareksa

Jakarta, October 17, 2025 – PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia ("KBI"), part of the Holding BUMN Danareksa, affirmed its commitment as the first Pusat Registrasi Resi Gudang ("PusReg") in Indonesia by initiating the signing of a synergistic collaboration agreement between members of the Holding Danareksa. This initiative represents KBI's concrete step to strengthen integration and create added value within the national warehouse receipt ecosystem within the Danareksa state-owned holding company, while also opening broader access for farmers, fishermen, and businesses to utilize the warehouse receipt system through superior warehouse receipt commodities in their respective industrial areas.

This collaboration involves PT Kawasan Industri Makassar ("KIMA") and PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Perseroda) ("JIEP"), which focuses on utilizing warehouse facilities in various areas within the industrial area to develop them into warehouse receipt warehouses. In addition, a collaboration between PT Kliring Perdagangan Berjangka Indonesia ("KPBI"), a subsidiary of KBI, and PT Danareksa Finance has also been established to provide financing facilities for businesses in the warehouse receipt ecosystem. The collaboration also includes a collaboration with PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut ("SIER") to utilize the Traffic and Inventory Management System (TEAMS) as a warehouse management application.

The signing of the agreement, held last weekend at the Danareksa Tower, was attended by several company leaders within the Danareksa Holding and relevant stakeholders, including: Heryono Hadi Prasetyo, Kepala Biro Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Sistem Resi Gudang dan Pasar Lelang Komoditi Bappebti; Heryono Hadi Prasetyo, Director of Investment 3, concurrently acting as the Director of Human Resources & Legal Affairs of Danareksa Adi Pamungkas Daskian, Director of Investment 2 of Danareksa Rizwan Rizal Abidin, President Director of KBI Budi Susanto, Director of Business Development & Operations of KBI Saidu Solihin, President Director of JIEP Satrio Witjaksono, Director of Operations & Development of JIEP Safei, Acting President Director of SIER Rizka Syafittri Siregar, President Director of PT Danareksa Finance Peter Tantroputro, Business Director of PT Danareksa Finance Arie Juliarto Reksoatmodjo, President Director of KIMA Alif Abadi, Director of Operations & Support of KIMA Alif Usman Amin, President Commissioner of KPBI Agung Rihayanto, President Director of KPBI Fajar Hari Utomo.

President Director of KBI, Budi Susanto, stated that this synergy is part of Danareksa Holding's strategic steps to encourage integration among holding members to strengthen the role of state-owned enterprises in the national commodity trading ecosystem. "This collaboration is not just a partnership between companies within a single holding company, but a concrete manifestation of our efforts to provide integrated solutions for businesses in the commodity sector. Through the development of warehouse receipt systems in industrial areas, along with financing and digital system support, we want to ensure that the warehouse receipt system can provide direct benefits to farmers, fishermen, and MSMEs in various regions," said Budi.

On the same occasion, Adi Pamungkas Daskian, encouraged the integration of the ecosystems of each holding company to create greater synergy and impact the economy and society. "Through the signing of this cooperation agreement, we are optimistic that KBI can strengthen its position as a pioneer in the development of a modern, efficient, and far-reaching Warehouse Receipt System (SRG), which contributes to supporting government programs in food security, maintaining price stability, and encouraging rural economic empowerment in line with Asta Cita (Asta Cita)," said Adi.

Bappebti, as the regulator, also strongly supports the synergy between Danareksa's holding subsidiaries and hopes this synergy can be a solution, ensuring the quality, quantity, and continuity of commodity needs for both export and national distribution. For your information, the Warehouse Receipt System (WSRS) is an instrument that plays a strategic role in supporting supply security, distribution efficiency, and commodity financing. The WRS is regulated by Law Number 9 of 2006 concerning the Warehouse Receipt System, which has been updated to be more adaptive to trade dynamics and business needs. "We believe that with solid synergy under the Danareksa Holding umbrella and regulatory support, the national warehouse receipt ecosystem will become more inclusive, efficient, and sustainable," Budi concluded.
